Comtech Maintenance is establishing a professional heavy-duty equipment service location in Antigua.
We need a property that can safely accommodate forklifts, trucks, excavators and other commercial equipment.
The location must be suitable for a real operating business — not just office space or residential use.
The property must include
- A yard large enough for multiple forklifts and heavy equipment
- A proper, wide entrance for trucks and equipment
- Easy access from a major road
- Office space for at least two people
- Air conditioning in the office
- Electricity and access to basic utilities
- Permission to operate a commercial equipment business
A fenced or secure yard is strongly preferred.
